1 (Monday ) Upon arrival in Beijing for your Silk Road adventure, you will be met
by private car and guide and
transferred to the Renaissance Hotel.
Day 2 .... Beijing, A full-day city
tour today visits the Forbidden City, Summer Palace, the Temple of
Heaven and Tiananmen Square. Tonight enjoy a Peking duck dinner.

Day 3 ....
Beijing. Today you will visit the Great Wall and Ming
Tombs. (B,L)

4 .... Beijing. Fly to Urumqi and transfer to the Holiday Inn (B,L,D)
Day
5 .... Urumqi. Full day excursion to Tianchi (Heavenly Lake) at an elevation
of 1900 meters surrounded by hills covered with fir trees. (B,L,D)

6 ....Urumqi. Full day tour including Nanshan and Jinjiang Museum. This
evening fly to Kashgar and transfer to the Kashgar Hotel. (B,L,D)

7 .... Kashgar.. Full day tour visiting the famous Sunday Market, Id
Kah Mosque and Abakh Hoja Tomb. (B,L,D)
Day
8 .... Kashgar. Fly back to Urumqi and transfer to the Holiday Inn. Balance
of day at leisure. (B,L,D)

9 ....Turpan. Drive to Turpan, visit Jiaohe ancient ruin enroute. Afternoon
visit the Emin Minaret and Karez underground irrigation channels.

10 .... Turpan. Full day tour visiting Atsana Graves, Gaochang Ruins
and the Flaming Mountain. This evening, take an overnight train to
Liuyuan. (B,L,D)

11 .... Liuyuan. Upon arrival at Liuyuan train station, immediately transfer
to Dunhuang by car. Accommodations at the Dunhuang Hotel. (B,L,D)

12 .... Dunhuang. Full day tour of the Mogao Grottoes. (B,L,D)

13 ....Dunhuang. Fly to Xian. Upon arrival transfer to the Xian Sheraton. (B,L,D)

14 .... Xian. Full day tour visiting the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the
Terra Cotta Warriors Museum. This evening, enjoy a Tang Dynasty dinner
and cultural show (B,L,D)

15 .... Xian. Transfer to the airport for your departure flight. (B)
