Day 1. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel by private car and guide.

Day 2. Today's city tour includes the Swayambunath Stupa, (pictured below)and its monkeys (don't touch!), Durbar Square, the Hippie Temple and the Temple of the Living Goddess.

Day 3. Today drive to Patan, where you will see Mahabouddhare and the Royal Palace. Continue on to Bhagdoan  and visit the Old Palace, the Golden Gate and the Dattatreya Square. (B).

Day 4. Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.

Chitwan Nature Reserve/Tiger Tops
3 days/2nights

Day 1 ... Upon arrival at Bharaptpur or Meghauly (Tiger Tops) you will be met and transferred to Temple Tiger  by land rover and canoe!  Afternoon safari on elephant back. Overnight in thatched cottagesTemple Tiger or the Lodge (Tiger Tops).  Dinner at the camp (D)

Day 2 ... Early morning elephant safari and view the one horned rhinos and abundant wild life including many birds! If you are lucky you may see the rare Bengal tiger! Temple Tiger has the most sightings and they are best seen when the grasses are low in the winter months. Enjoy nature walks, great food, and a wonderful learning experience on  the habits and intelligence of Indian elephants! (B,L,D)

Day 3 ... Return today to Kathmandu.

Scenic Pokhara

Day 1 ... Transfer to the Kathmandu airport and fly to Poklhara (option here to take the road which is long but does give the opportunity to river raft on the Trisuli River). Check into the FISHTAIL LODGEl with superb views of the Annapurna Range  and the hotel even has it's own aviary!(L,D)

Day 2 .... This morning enjoy a boatride on the glassy Phewa Lake. In the afternoon explore the ancient trading town of Pokhara and the nearby Gurung, Brahmin and Chettri Villages. (B,L,D)

Day 3 ... Transfer to the airport for your flight to Kathmandu
